Analytical Study of Communication Element and Process of Election Manifesto of Political Parties

राजनीतिक दलों के चुनावी घोषणापत्र के संचार तत्त्व व प्रक्रिया का विश्लेषणात्मक अध्ययन

Abstract

The role of election manifesto in public opinion formation by political parties has been outlined in the present research topic. The communication element and process outline of the manifesto is very important in the formation of public opinion. Politics and communication are inextricably linked. Political parties use the media to generate public opinion. During elections, political parties transmit messages through different communication channels. Manifesto issued by political parties is an important document from the point of view of communication research. In which a step-by-step overview of the communication process of a political party is important.

In this study, the response rate of the manifestos of political parties has been obtained through content analysis and schedule. From the point of view of communication, many subtle and new facts have been revealed in this study.

प्रस्तुत शोध विषय में राजनीतिक दलों द्वारा जनमत निर्माण में चुनावी घोषणापत्र की भूमिका को रेखांकित किया गया है। जनमत निर्माण में घोषणपत्र के संचार तत्व व प्रक्रिया की रूपरेखा अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है। राजनीति और संचार का अटूट संबंध है। राजनीतिक दल जनमत निर्माण के लिए संचार माध्यम का उपयोग करते हैं। चुनाव के दौरान राजनीतिक दल भिन्न भिन्न संचार मार्ग द्वारा संदेश सम्प्रेषण करते हैं। संचार शोध की दृष्टि से राजनीतिक दलों द्वारा जारी घोषणापत्र एक महत्त्वपूर्ण दस्तावेज़ है। जिसमें राजनीतिक दल की संचार प्रक्रिया का चरणबद्ध अवलोकन महत्वपूर्ण है।

इस अध्ययन में राजनीतिक दलों के घोषणापत्रों का विषयवस्तु विश्लेषण व अनुसूची के माध्यम से प्रतिक्रिया दर प्राप्त किया गया है। संचार की दृष्टि से इस अध्ययन में कई सूक्ष्म व नवीन तथ्य उजागर हुए हैं।
