Abstract

Narendra Kohli of the novel has given a new vision to social philosophy. His mind has been running from past to present and from present to past. Therefore, he has seen the characters of Ramayana from the Mahabharata standing in his midst. Due to the identity of the Indian, the components have been Ramayana and Mahabharata, so it is natural to have a relation of the cultured consciousness to the people through them. Therefore, in the emotion of the reader, Narendra Kohli has been able to expand his identity through these stories. Narendra Kohli has made him his ideal by giving special importance to society, economics, political and culture in the directions of social philosophy. His satirical style is seen in social novels.

उपन्यास का नरेन्द्र कोहली ने समाज दर्शन को नवीन दृष्टि दी है। उनका मन अतीत से वर्तमान की ओर तथा वर्तमान से अतीत की ओर दौड़ता रहा है। अतः उन्हें महाभारत से रामयण के पात्र अपने बीच खड़े दिखायी दिये है। भारतीय की अस्मिता के कारण घटक रामायण और महाभारत रहे है तो संस्कारगत चेतना का संबंध इनके माध्यम से जन-जन तक होना सहज स्वाभाविक है। इसलिए पाठक के भावोद्दीपन में नरेन्द्र कोहली इन कथानकों के माध्यम से अपने तादात्म्य को विस्तार दे सके है। नरेन्द्र कोहली ने समाज दर्शन की दिशाओं में समाज, अर्थ, राजनीतिक और संस्कृति को विशेष महत्व देकर उन्हें अपना आदर्श बनाया है। उनकी व्यंग्य शैली सामाजिक उपन्यासों में देखने को मिलती है।
